Cancellation Policy
I value your business and ask you to respect my time and scheduling policies. Make sure to plan ahead for traffic and weather.
Running Late:
There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment. If you are asked to reschedule, 100% of the service cost will be charged.
Rescheduling & Canceling:
Please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the service cost. Any cancellation under 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of the service cost.
No call/no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and you will not be allowed to rebook.
Sick:
If you are feeling sick please reschedule your appointment. I don’t receive “sick pay” and I need to stay healthy to do my job. If you arrive sick to your appointment I will send you home and the full amount of the appointment will be due.
